This program assist youth ages 16-24 with the skills necessary to obtain an education and employment. Participants are introduced to the demands, rewards, and sanctions associated with obtaining and holding a job.

MYSTATUS Program
The purpose of the MYSTATUS program (high school graduates) is to connect youth through multiple pathways to education and training that will enable them to enter and advance in the workforce and help youth access the services they need to pursue education and employment. Collaboration is encouraged between the departments of health, human services, county extension services, community colleges and other education providers, registered apprenticeship, employers, business, civic groups, and community philanthropy to align workforce development and educational services with strategies for regional development. Strategies that enable low income youth to acquire the skills and knowledge for success at work are an important service delivery innovation. Participating work sites will introduce the demands, rewards, and sanctions associated with holding job.
